I found mold, now what?
First, we need to know why the mold is there. Mold needs moisture to grow. Have you had a roof leak? Plumbing leak? A/C problems? If there’s no known leak, we use Infrared Thermography, among other tools and 20 years of experience to detect leaks that may not be visible. Once the source of moisture has been found, it needs to be fixed. Then, and only then, should you start repairs.
Imagine that you just returned from your dream vacation. It was a wonderful trip, but it’s good to get home.
