Some drying companies place fans & dehumidifiers, then charge you a ton of money but don’t dry thoroughly, or according to industry standards. Insurance companies readily pay dry-out companies thinking they are preventing mold, but often they are wasting your time and money. Don’t be fooled by lots of equipment. Strategic placement of drying equipment and technique are far more important, and will save you money and time.
